2 c. Milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
Dash Vanilla
Mix milk, salt & sugar & heat. When almost boiling mix in corn starch.
Stir until thickened.

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups grated apple
1 1/2 cups grated carrot
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups raisins
Cherry peel
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Sift flour with cinnamon, soda & salt & spices.
Sprinkle raisins & peel with a bit of flour.
1. In medium bowl mix together butter & sugar.
2. Add bread crumbs, carrots, apple, raisins & peel to butter & sugar. Mix together.
3. Add flour, nutmeg & cinnamon. Mix only until combined.
4. Turn into oil sprayed prepared containers, tin cans (soup, coffee or any other) or pudding mold or metal gelatin mold. Cover with foil, or parchment paper, tie on with kitchen twine.
5. Place on rack in stockpot. Add 1” boiling water. Boil gently 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes to unmold.

Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
3 ½ cups quick cooking oats
1 cup flaked coconut
½ cup chopped peanuts
1 pinch salt
Bring sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat.
Stir in oats, coconut, nuts and salt.
Drop quickly from teaspoon on lined cookie sheets
Place in fridge to set

Prep
Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper, be sure parchment paper hangs over edges.
Ingredients
¼ butter
¾ peanut butter
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts
3 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
Place butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Melt in the microwave. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between each.
Stir in walnuts and mini marshmallows.
Pour the mixture into lined pan, chill in fridge to set.
A delicious no bake holiday favorite. Can sub coconut oil for butter to create a marginally healthier treat.

preheat oven to 200 f
line sheet pan with parchment
Ingredients:
24 small pretzel twists
3 pkgs. Rolo candy bar
24 pecan halves
Instructions:
Place pretzel twists on sheet pan
place 1 rolo piece in the center of each pretzel twist
Bake for 5 min. or until Rolo has softened
Take out of oven
Press pecan half into rolo
Cool and then enjoy ❤️

Preparation
Preheat oven to 250°
Ingredients
1/3 cup melted butter
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tsp garlic salt
1 tsp celery salt
I cup peanuts
2 cups mixed nuts
2 cups cheerios
2 cups chex mix
2 cups pretzles
2 cups bugles
Mix all ingredients together in a large roasting pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, stir every 10 minutes.
