Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease 9" round pan
Ingredients
3 Bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats.
4 TBSP monk fruit sugar.
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt.
3 tsp cinnamon.
1/3 cup apple sauce.
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
Instructions
Mix banana, eggs. Vanilla in a mixing bowl. .
In another bowl mix oats, ½ of monk fruit sugar, baking powder, salt & ⅔’s of cinnamon
Add dry ingredients to wet & mix until combined.
Pour ½ of batter into pan
In a bowl, mix apple sauce, remainder of monk fruit sugar, remainder of cinnamon, and cocoa.
Add 1/2 of apple sauce mix on the oatmeal in 4 blobs, swirl into batter with a knife.
Pour remainder of batter on top
Add remainder of the apple sauce mixture in 4 blobs, swirl into batter with a knife.
Bake 35-40 min.
Serve with cream cheese yogurt frosting.

250 Grams Yogurt
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1 1/2 TSP Orange Peel

Directions
Mix topping, yogurt & orange peel until well blended.
Spoon into serving bowl
refrigerate until ready to serve
Serve will sliced fresh fruit.

2 packages Jello FF Pudding miser)
15 oz can pure pumpkin
1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
1 cup thawed light Cool Whip

Mix milk pudding together.
Add pumpkin puree & spices
Mix well

1 cup Drained canned crushed pineapple
2- Bananas - med
I cup. Canned unsweetened mandarin oranges - drained
3 cups plain fat free yogurt
5 fl oz Cool whip 95% FF. (2cups)
Directions
In a large bowl mix dry pudding powder and drained pineapple
Add rest of ingredients + stir (Reserve some for decor if you wish).
Chill

Sweet Loaves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9x5 loaf pan
Ingredients
3/4 cup boiling water
2 cups chopped dates
1 tsp. baking soda
2 TBSP. shortening
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup maraschino cherries cut in half
Instructions
Pour boiling water over chopped dates and baking soda. Let stand until cool.
Cream shortening and white sugar. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
Add creamed mixture to date mixture. Add flour, salt, chopped walnuts, and maraschino cherries. Stir or fold until combined.
Pour mixture into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Let stand for 20 mins.
Bake 60-70 minutes @ 350 degrees.

Ingredients
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg well beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup corn syrup
Instructions
Put raisins into mixing bowl & scald with boiling water, drain. While raisins still warm add brown sugar, butter, beaten egg, corn syrup & vanilla. Line tart tins with pastry & fill each 2/3 full of tart mixture. Bake 400 degrees 12-15 minutes.
= 12-15 tarts
Cool tarts in pans to make easy removal.
